Our members are interested in the history, manufacture, and use of writing instruments. Our organization exists to foster and maintain the integrity of pen collecting, and selling to encourage and promote effective communication and understanding between all collectors to define pen collecting as an international hobby. We provide opportunities for our members to exchange ideas and information, to trade pens and parts, and, above all, to develop a spirit of comaraderie. Through our award winning journal, The PENnant, we strive to bring interesting information to our members. Our members contribute in depth, well researched articles on all aspects of pen collecting. Through our library, we help to disseminate information in the form of reprints of pen company catalogs, articles, repair manuals, and advertising materials. Send your application to the address below together with your payment of check or money order. Foreign money orders must be from a U.S. bank in U.S. currency. With payment by PAYPAL, complete and e-mail this membership application and complete the PAYPAL payment procedure. If you do not have PAYPAL it is easy to join, there are no fees or costs, just follow the instructions. P.C.A. MembershipU.S. and Canada residents $40 per year or $105 for three years. U.S. STUDENT RATE $20. per year. List your school, your grade, age, city and state. Residents outside the U.S. and Canada: US$60 per year or US$150 for three years. Our membership dues are based on a January-December calendar year. All members joining after October 1st will have their membership extended through the following year. The P.C.A. mails renewal notices each November. All new members receive a great P.C.A. Welcome Packet including the current issue of The PENNANT magazine plus 2 previous issues.
